The optimum storage temperature for couverture chocolates should be between 15-20 degrees with low humidity.Please do store it away from heat or light sources and perfumed items since chocolate tends to absorb these fragrances

What to do after receiving your order

After receiving the package immediately put it in the refrigerator for an hour.After an hour please take it out of the fridge and it is ready for consumption

Will Chocolates melt in transit

Thanks to Indian weather conditions chocolate will melt in transit but however as instructed above please do put the whole package in the refrigerator after receiving the package.After an hour when you will open the package the chocolates will return back to their original shape.In rare cases a whitish layer may develop on chocolate but nothing to worry about that as that is due to temperature changes and does not affect its fitness for consumption
